BlurpReviews provides reputation management tools, including feedback collection pages, review platform routing, customer feedback notifications, analytics, and related business tools. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

BlurpReviews provides tools to help businesses collect, route, and manage customer feedback. BlurpReviews does not control, create, edit, suppress, influence, verify, or guarantee customer feedback, reviews, ratings, or customer sentiment.
You acknowledge that customer feedback may be positive, neutral, or negative. BlurpReviews and Blurp Devices LLC are not responsible for any negative feedback, reviews, ratings, customer complaints, reputational harm, loss of business, loss of revenue, or other consequences resulting from customer responses collected through or related to the platform.
BlurpReviews makes no guarantee regarding the number, quality, frequency, visibility, publication, retention, ranking, or impact of reviews submitted to any third-party review platform, including but not limited to Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, or similar services.
You are solely responsible for how you respond to, manage, and act upon customer feedback collected through the platform.
BlurpReviews may route users or customers to third-party platforms, including review sites, social media platforms, payment providers, and business listing services. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and guidelines of those third-party platforms.
BlurpReviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any actions, decisions, removals, suspensions, ranking changes, review filtering, account restrictions, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for the information you collect, upload, submit, or process through BlurpReviews, including customer feedback, customer contact information, business information, and related data.
You agree that you are responsible for obtaining any required customer consents and for complying with all applicable privacy, consumer protection, marketing, and data protection laws.
All content, branding, logos, designs, software, features, functionality, and materials provided by BlurpReviews are owned by Blurp Devices LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform unless expressly permitted in writing.
BlurpReviews is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlurpReviews and Blurp Devices LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding review generation, customer engagement, customer feedback volume, search rankings, reputation improvement, increased revenue, or business results from use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlurpReviews, Blurp Devices LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of customers, loss of business opportunities, reputational harm, negative reviews or ratings, loss of goodwill, data loss, or service interruptions.
In no event shall BlurpReviews’ total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to BlurpReviews during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlurpReviews, Blurp Devices LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created legal risk, engaged in fraudulent activity, or negatively impacted the operation of the platform.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before termination.
We may experience downtime, delays, errors, or service interruptions. BlurpReviews shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting provider outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or other events outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you by email, through the platform, or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of BlurpReviews shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless another dispute resolution process is required by applicable law.

Upon cancellation or downgrade to the Free plan, your review page will be limited to one (1) enabled review link. Only the first review link in your configuration will remain active and visible to customers on your public review page. All additional review links will be automatically disabled but retained in your account should you choose to upgrade again. You may re-order your links at any time to control which link remains active on the Free plan.
